Perlcc error

After running perlcc on my debian box. I got these errors:

Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lperl

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lperl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

To solve the problem.

simply

apt-get install libperl-dev
